Click "Go to Online Studio" from your dashboard home screen.
Each course card in the library shows you at a glance:
- Course thumbnail image and title
- Language being taught (e.g. English)

- Number of lessons included

Cloning creates your own private copy of an Immersio course. Your changes are only visible to your students — the original is never affected.
Browse or use filters to find a course relevant to your students.
Look for the copy/clone icon in the action buttons row.
The course is copied to your hub with your own editing controls.
You are now in the Lesson Editor — your copy, your rules.
Immersio currently has three live learning hubs. Browse each to find the most relevant content for your students:
SpeakShorts
English for Special Purposes — focused on the Taiwan and Hong Kong market, taught through Chinese.
speakshorts.immersiohub.com ↗Lesson Editor
The Lesson Editor has two main panels working together:
Lists all lesson elements in order. Add, filter, and drag to reorder elements here.
Where you edit the selected element — add text, questions, media, or instructions.
Each lesson is assembled from one or more of these interactive building blocks:
| Element | What it does |
|---|---|
| Explanation | Instructional text or context — set up a topic, explain grammar, or frame a scenario |
| Words and Phrases | Vocabulary set — students study key words and expressions before an activity |
| Text Multiple Choice | Comprehension or grammar question with selectable answers |
| Flashcard | Interactive vocabulary cards — students flip through words to reinforce memory |
| Pronunciation Practice | Audio-based element — works with Immy, the in-lesson AI speaking tutor |
| New Question | A blank question element you can configure as a custom quiz or check |
A dropdown appears with all available element types.
It is appended to the bottom of the lesson structure.
Use the six-dot drag handle on the left of each element row.
Useful when a lesson has many elements and you need to navigate quickly.
At the bottom of the Lesson Editor, a status bar shows the current state of your work:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| AI Active | The AI assistant is available to help generate or enhance content |
| Saved | Your latest changes have been auto-saved successfully |
| Synced | Your content is synced to the platform |
| Not Ready | Elements need to be completed before the course can be published |
| Not Published | The course exists in your hub but is not yet visible to students |
Course Settings & Publishing
The Course Settings panel appears on the right-hand side when viewing a course in the Online Studio:
| Setting | What it controls |
|---|---|
| Subscription Type | Free or Paid — controls whether students need to purchase access |
| Student Level | Target proficiency level — Beginner, Intermediate 1, Intermediate 2 |
| Co-instructor | Assign another instructor from your hub to co-teach this course |
| Allow Free Course Navigation | When on: students can jump between lessons freely. When off: sequential order enforced |
| Course Theme | Category theme — TV Shows, Business, Travel, Tech, etc. |
Select the course from your hub's course grid.
Switch to the Syllabus tab to confirm all lessons are listed and in the correct order. Click Edit Syllabus to make changes.
Do not publish if status shows "Not Ready".
Your course goes live to students enrolled in your hub.
